The bladder is called the ‘Minister of the Reservoir’ and is responsible for storing and excreting our urinary waste fluids passed down from the kidneys. An imbalance in the Bladder can cause such psychological symptoms as habitual fear and a lack of decision making capability. If the imbalance becomes chronic, it results in such emotional responses as jealousy, suspicion, and holding on to long-standing grudges.

- tight back and hips, poor circulation, tired at 3-5pm, feeling fearful
- bitter taste in mouth, stiff shoulders and neck, difficulty digesting fatty foods

Our class will include a kundalini yoga set that will strengthen the bladder meridian, in addition to a simple yet powerful meditation called the Inner Conflict Resolver Reflex Meditation. It includes a transformative breath pattern that changes the chemical balance in our brain and expands our comfort zone . By controlling the breath we begin to control emotions, as breath and emotion are inextricably linked. The breath meditation begins to recalculate and reconfigure the flow of prana (energy) to respond to what it perceives as a survival threat. The energy is thus forced to redistribute itself to where it needs to go.
