WHAT IS THE AURA?

Your aura protects you from other people’s negativity, and helps you feel sensitive to your environment. It protects you from the thoughts and projections of people that are in your presence. People with strong positive auras are naturally charismatic, powerful ‘manifesters’ and attract others to them. They tend to be more successful in getting things done and getting support from other people.

Positive thoughts and emotions enhance the energy, which positively affects the body. The metaphor ‘he’s glowing’ or ‘she’s radiant’ is a reflection of this. Other descriptions such as ‘feeling blue’ or ‘green with envy’ reflect the less harmonious states you might experience.

The teachings of Kundalini Yoga suggest a baby is contained within its mother’s energetic bodies for the first three years of its life, and they share the same aura for that period of time.

When two people have sex, they will then appear in each other auras, the colour of their auras depending on the nature of their relationship.

This is also true in the event of any intense exchange with another person and why your ability to shift your perspective is so important.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY AURA IS OUT OF BALANCE?
You might be out of balance if you struggle to have clear boundaries with people or if you’re prone to attracting negative people and events into your life. Another characteristic is feeling that you have no energetic protection around you, or feeling that what you project to others gets misinterpreted. The healthier and happier you are, the less vulnerable you are to negative influences.
WHAT ARE SOME BLOCKS THAT COME UP?
Blockages can be caused by emotions that have not been felt and released, negative thought projections from others, psychic attack energy or negative energy from others, attachments, entities or spirits lodged in our auras or chakra system, any chemical or metal toxin or poison.
A BALANCED AURA

You are made of energy that gives off a glow. That glow is your aura and your aura colour is a reflection of your personality. By understanding your aura, you can strengthen relationships, make better career and life decisions, and improve your health and well being.

People with strong positive auras are naturally charismatic, powerful ‘manifesters’, and attract others to them. They tend to be more successful in getting things done and getting support from other people.

To have a strong positive aura means you have a strong healthy body, well-balanced psychological and emotional health, and a spiritual maturity and strength. Your ability to see the same old thing with fresh new eyes helps you transform.

The positive person can feel negativity when it happens – they may feel tired or weaker, their mood may lose some sparkle, or they may get a feeling of uneasiness or anxiety, but this doesn’t last for very long.

The healthier and happier you are, the less vulnerable you are to negative influences.

THINGS THAT WEAKEN THE AURA

Some things that may weaken your aura include:

  • stressful environments
  • smoking, drinking, drug use
  • violence and crime
  • too little exercise
  • too much or too little mental stimulation
  • negative social interaction
  • environments that house toxic behaviour like drug houses or even pubs.

People with negative auras are frequently prone to serious illnesses that can stem from a physical, mental, or spiritual disease.

If you can’t seem to shake the creepy or depressed feelings or the physical symptoms – like cold skin or a dull headache – it might be time to change your surroundings.

WHAT CAUSES THE AURA TO BE OUT OF BALANCE?

Why is it some people make you feel horrible just by being around them? Often, it’s an energy thing. Their energy field can bring you down or cling to you. Sometimes they encroach your space.

Negative auras can be extremely powerful, reflecting the inner turmoil that creates them, and they can influence the people around them in very serious ways.

For example they:

  • make you feel drained, exhausted, or give you unpleasant physical symptoms like aches, palpitations, chills, upset stomach, etc.
  • talk incessantly about themselves, their problems, gossip about others or dwell on negative or morbid subjects
  • demean you in any way whatsoever
  • try to control you or boss you excessively
  • engage in any form of deceit
  • rage about other people, their bad relationships, using hate terms and ugly or profane language
  • try to pry information out of you or otherwise invade your privacy without your consent or request.
