Sometimes we grieve those that are still here
My friend passed away a few weeks ago. I’m so sad that I no longer see her and at the same time thrilled that she’s free from this earth and that she now has her wings. It wasn’t an accident or cancer, or any illness for that matter. She was actually 2 months shy of...

A Qualification Doesn’t Give You Confidence
When you truly embody a feeling, your discipline can be flexible, for your level of confidence is so expanded, that your trust muscle simply follows the flow of your soul. You pass the tests that could have potentially led you astray and are perfectly magnetic to receive what you yearn, irrespective of whether you are qualified or not.

Finding My Down Time – Ethically
How important is the notion of sustainability? In what ways do you live an eco-friendly life? Connecting to my community, ethically, and in a way that is true and devoid of any ego is very important to me.

Connecting via pity or pain only leads to resentment

Happy 2019 Beloveds!
I speak often of how our interactions with people can often be categorized into 3 thirds. The 1st third being the key supportive people that are aligned with our values and support us, the 2nd third comprised of mostly acquaintances and the 3rd third encompassed mainly of people who will never understand us.

2018 – The Year Of Extremes – From Trauma To Triumph
Have you ever heard stories about people having the best and worst years of their life all at once? Like they got married to the love of their life, but lost a parent. Or they moved into their dream home, but then lost their job. Or they got the promotion of their dreams, but miscarried their baby at 6 months. Or moved overseas to be with family, but then got divorced.
