So THAT's why I created this bubbleBecause the holiday season brings EVERYONE’s stuff up and unless I’ve filled myself up with what nourishes me on all levels, I get swept up in other people’s stress vortex, and I lose my own centre and subsequently fall off balance.

Happy New Year to you sweet soul. I salute you armed with the same pain, same struggles, same hopes, same fears and the same tears. But with a soul that is well rested and feeling nourished for what this year is ready to unfold.

But new courage – not from a week into a new Gregorian year, but from years of trying again – its in my muscle memory now..

I read part of a post that said, “be careful not to walk down the slippery slope of wishing for a new life, instead of creating new hopes and goals, otherwise if we intermingle the 2 too much, we inevitably feel disappointed at the first sign of dissapointment or even heartbreak.”

It reminds me of a quote from Yung Pueblo who asks: ‘Is this pain from love, or is it from my inability to let go?’ I’ve written this up on a post it and have stuck it on my desk to remind me that my decision to ‘let go’ is actually one of my super powers..

Over the years, I’ve come to learn that you do not need a new you, or even a new life. You’re worthy of being celebrated RIGHT NOW, as you are. Perhaps what you need this year is new courage to live and to learn to love again – and to learn this from where you are RIGHT now.

I always find it easy to say that things are going to be OK when life is moving so positively for me, but these days I’m learning more and more to appreciate where I am in my journey – even if its not where I want to be. Every season serves its purpose and is a stepping stone for where you need to head next.

The Universe continues to remind me that whenever I have perceived that something has been ‘ taken away’ from me, it is usually replaced with something more aligned with the life we are truly meant to live for the person we are here to be.

The art of a wise person is to balance the horror of being Human with the wonder of being a Human. This is where I dwell. Between longings and wonders.

For me, this particular January is about planning. I usually know what the calendar year will unfold for me, but this year, I need a little more time and the creative space to systematically plan my offerings for the year, as well as feel into my whole perfessional (professional + personal) life.

2018 carries the exact energetic frequency that enables us to clear out our past and heal ourselves thoroughly at the same time. In numerology, 2018 is an “11” year, as 2+0+1+8 = 11. 11 is considered a master number in numerology as it holds a sacred vibration and represents alignment with both the material world and the spirit world. (Interestingly, we haven’t had a number 11 since 2009.)

When we reduce the 11 to a single digit, the number 2 in numerology is the number of partnership and building. A number 2 year is also the perfect time to partner up with either an individual or community in order to strengthen your life or to bring support to an area of your life.

In 2017, there was a heavy focus on new beginnings and self-development, but in 2018 we are going to be beckoned to think about how we can support and work with others to get where we want to be.

After all, we are all connected and we are all in this life together, so the more we can open to this idea, the more likely we are going to be able to experience the higher vibrational frequency that number 11 can offer us.

For me, it also feels like the perfect time to think about how my life purpose can truly serve humanity and make this world a better place.

Even though we will all be feeling the vibrations of number 11 and 2 throughout the year, we also have our own personal year number that starts on our birthday. Your personal year number combines with the vibration of 11 and 2 to give you a deeper insight into what 2018 has in store for you.

To work out what your personal year number is, simply add the digits of your date and month of birth, and then add 11 to whatever number you get. If you end up with a double-digit number, keep adding the digits so you have a single digit.

So for example, I’m born on 8 March, so 8+3 = 11.
11+11 = 22 But I need to reduce it to a single digit, so 2+2 = 4.
Since 2018 is both an 11 and a 2 year, I could also have gone 11 + 2 = 13 and then to reduce it to a single digit 1+3 =4

What does that even mean? My friend Tameera is the best numerologist out there. She can help you figure out what all that means for you.

In the meantime, the news on my end is that I have extended the EARLY BIRD price for my retreat to the end of this month for you.

I know that the holiday season can get crazy with extra obligations, so if you need to recoup your energy to help you reset and get clear for the rest of the year, then I’d absolutely love to see you.

One of my clients sent me a funny meme that read: ‘I’ve decided that my 2018 will start on 1 February, as January is a free trial month.’ So I guess we ALL may need to create a new bubble to hold us securely for the year. Teehee. ????????

It will be my first of many forays teaching what I truly love and holding a loving space for a profound transformation for you.

Lots of love,
