With a background in advertising that had nothing to do with the chakras, Natalie was only 20 when she decided to move to London for an adventure that ended up lasting 12 years. By 24, she had started her own recruitment company, and at the same time, discovered The College of Psychic Studies.
Natalie practiced Chakradance for herself for 3 years before deciding to share it with the world. She describes the experience, as something that happened to her and her passion for finding the right music for each energy centre has never waned.
Natalie’s husband has been with her for the entire Chakradance journey and has even left the advertising world behind in order to focus on the marketing side of the business full time. A strong partnership like this can help you remain grounded, as well as give you the courage to pursue your dreams.
Natalie shares her biggest obstacle that she had to overcome in order to access her creativity – herself. By nature, she can be quite a loner and when she was younger, it was dance lessons that helped her come out of her shell and overcome her extreme shyness.

The shadow emotion in the sacral chakra is guilt, and if you find it difficult to access your passion, your natural flow and capacity to create will diminish significantly. How can you channel your passion in a way that ca help others such as refugees or the environment?
A daily practice is not something that necessarily needs to happen just once a day, it’s an intention that can be carried throughout the day. Even 5 minutes a day may not sound like much, but it can certainly help you to surrender and to ask for guidance when you’re feeling stuck.
Balancing your sacral chakra is a very personal experience. Sometimes we need to go out and socialize with people, at other times we need to spend time alone, or soak in a tub. Letting your body express itself in a way that feels good will also help release any feelings of being stuck or blocked.
